Split Lock Washer
 Split lock washers (lockwashers), also known as helical spring lock washers, is the most popular type of spring lock washer in terms of usage and availability. The tension generated by the deflection of a helical spring split lock washer meets the needs of most commercial applications. Split lock washers also reduce scratching on the assembly surface which may be a problem with a toothed lock washer. Our lock washers meet all ASME standards in addition to RoHS and DFARS compliance when required. Split lock washers typically are available in steel and stainless steel materials.
