The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known by its original name of Proposition 65 (Prop 65), requires clear and reasonable warning for chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. The list of substances continues to grow each year.
