Constant Section Rings

Constant Section Rings offer more clearance than Tapered Section Rings but generally accommodate less force. The Constant Section Ring, with its uniform material width, is elliptical when installed in the groove, making only a three-point contact. These rings are much harder to remove once installed. Constant section rings can be square, round or flat and can be notched to facilitate installation and removal. Constant section rings come in a variety of sizes for internal or external applications.
